I knew that I wanted to be a coach at the very beginning of my career. There wasn’t even such a thing as coaching then, but I knew I wanted to help people believe in themselves more fully and find a path in work and life that would make them happy. It’s all I’ve ever cared about, and it's still at the center of what’s most meaningful to me today. Since then, I’ve had the immense fortune of talking to thousands of people about their careers and lives. I’ve coached clients through job changes, career pivots, life changes, and leadership challenges, and into successful careers, new lives, and a new, grounded confidence in themselves.

Professional Bio

I have 25+ years of experience helping people activate their potential at every stage of their life and career journey. I’ve served as a People and Talent leader at the highest levels of complex organizations like Google, Publicis, and WPP, and continue to work with both large and small companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals from the C-suite to early-career and everything in between. I cut through the noise and quickly get to the source of the issue allowing for new perspectives and understandings that spark action, confidence, and sustainable change. My coaching credentials are through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I’m a certified practitioner of DiSC, Contineo DE+I, and Fierce Conversations, and facilitate the Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessment and Hogan Assessment.

The first time I set foot in Manhattan I was four years old. According to my mother, I stood in front of Penn Station and exclaimed, “Is this New York City?! It’s BEAUTIFUL!” Since then, I’ve drawn inspiration and energy from NYC, and am grateful to see it glimmer across the Hudson from my little urban oasis in New Jersey. As Growth is one of my core values, I have a freakishly green thumb and currently share my apartment with 30+ plants and one very large, luxurious, semi-famous cat (@green_eyed_vi). Over the last 25 years, I’ve cultivated my own inner practice of intentional growth. Everything that I teach to my clients, I’ve done and continue to do today.  Wherever you are on your journey, know that I’m right there with you.
